ProInfinity has developed a programme to support grassroots football at local clubs, developing players and coaches alike to the benefit of all. Our experienced coaches liaise with those at the club to develop a training schedule which will assist the players’ and teams’ ongoing improvement, targeting key areas.

ProInfinity has established recognised partnerships with a number of chartered standard clubs, sharing coaching knowledge and experience with registered club coaches for the benefit of all of their teams. This support network has generated great interest with local clubs looking for support, and provides access to Academy level coaching for both players and coaches. With mentoring from club coaches – including training development, tactics and session planning – each coach can develop a clear training plan to aid the development of their team.

All sessions are tailored to the specific needs of each team and coach, and session plans are produced for the coach to take away and use during his ongoing coaching. Practical demonstrations by our coaches illustrate the benefits of each session to aid the club’s own coaches. Each demonstration is conducted by an A-licence ProInfinity coach with drills and exercises being completed by the coaches themselves, aiding absorption of learning and retention of information post session. The club’s coaches will assist the ProInfinity coach during the session to aid succession planning for ongoing training.

A coaching plan can consist of a one-off, weekly or monthly sessions, or even a whole season with our experienced coaches. Each provides clear support including all drills and progressions enabling your coach to put everything covered into practice.

We can also analyse your team and develop a plan for coaching progressions to compliment your current coaching plans. All match analysis and assessments are made available to the coach to build a portfolio of sessions for player, coach and club.

We believe this support helps the club to develop a strong coaching culture, and to adhere to the high standards required to achieve or maintain FA Chartered Standard status.
